- Provision of products or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded.

2. In the event of a product being sold out or a change in technical specifications, the contents of the products or services to be provided under future contracts may be modified.

Article 4 (Purchase Application and Payment)

Users shall apply for products or services on the website and pay the amounts using the payment methods provided by the website (including Credit Cards, Simple Payment Services, PayPal, etc.).

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

The criteria for cancellation and refunds for products and services provided by the Company are as follows:

1. Standard Cancellations: Cancellations and refund requests due to a simple change of mind are eligible only within 7 days of purchase.

2. Tour & Reservation Special Terms: For tour and reservation products, the following special cancellation criteria based on the scheduled start date shall take precedence and apply:

- 3 days prior to the tour date: 100% Full Refund

- 1 day prior to the tour date: 50% Refund

- On the day of the tour / No-Show: Non-refundable

3. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the designated time and location without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show." In this case, no refunds or schedule changes will be provided under any circumstances.

Article 6 (Cookies & Privacy Protection)

1. The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing Hidden Korea Gems, you agreed to use the required cookies.
