Returns & Refunds policy

1. Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations and refund requests due to a simple change of mind are eligible within 7 days of purchase.

2. Tour & Reservation Special Terms

• For tour and reservation products, the following special cancellation criteria based on the scheduled start date shall take precedence and apply:

  • 3 days prior to the tour date: 100% Full Refund

  • 1 day prior to the tour date: 50% Refund

  • On the day of the tour / No-Show: Non-refundable

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated time and location without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refunds or schedule changes will be provided.
